12V 100Ah Trolling Motor Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery with Bluetooth | Core Series

I tried to register my warranty, but needed a serial number, There are all kinds of numbers, none of which are labeled as serial number

I think Renogy products are great. I have been a customer for several years purchasing various products.
After deciding to get new batteries for my trolling motor they were first on the list and ordered two.
When the product did not arrive after a weekI contacted them. I was treated very poorly. The short version is they said they were at the shipper well FedEx did not have them even though a label was created. This went thru over a doz emails and they kept telling me they were shipped when in fact they had not been.I was continually told theywere shipped. I finally sent them the page from FedEx showing they were not there. Finally someone actually checked the warehouse and guess where they were. You got it? At Renogy. I cancelled the order and finally receive my money back.
The products are excellent. Customer service sucks. I will never buy from them again.

Not sure what’s going on with the battery. When put on a 10amp charger. The charger became very hot. Switched to a 5amp charger did the same thing

Great transaction.

Use the battery for 8 hours on a 55 pound thrust trolling motor and it still had 55.1% left. The voltage stayed in the 13 volt range. Very impressive. And I like the blue tooth feature
