Shipping Policy
We hope you enjoyed your online shopping experience with Renogy. Please read below for more information about our shipping.
1.Renogy offers free ground shipping on many of our products. Items that qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked on the product listing page.
2.All orders must have a valid street address; some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes due to shipping restrictions.
3.Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.
4. Depending on your order, your items may arrive in multiple packages. Once your order is shipped, you can click Here to track your package.
5. Packages cannot be rerouted after they have been shipped. If you need to change the address, please click Here to submit a support request or call us at 1-909-287-7111.
6. If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If refusing the delivery is not possible, please provide relevant pictures to facilitate our after-sales service.

1. Renogy offers international shipping, depending on your location and require you to be responsible for customs clearance. To confirm availability, please click Here to submit a support request.
2. Renogy can ship to Alaska, Hawaii via AIR, except for batteries and solar panels exceeding 320W. There is typically a surcharge for these shipments. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please call our sales team at 1-909-287-7111.
3. The estimated time is for reference only and may be extended during major promotions, holidays, or other special circumstances.
Additional Freight Fees (Estimates):
1. Solar panels larger than 300 Watts must be shipped by LTL and do not qualify for free shipping,specific charges will be shown on the checkout page based on the delivery address.
2. Deliveries to remote areas(Alaska, Hawaii ) may incur additional costs ranging, specific charges will be shown on the checkout page based on the delivery address.
3. Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees and rerouting fees.

Important Note for Kit & Solution Orders
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipment in Multiple Packages
To ensure the fastest and safest delivery of all components, orders containing Kits or Solutions may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. This is a standard practice for our curated solution sets.
What this means for you:
- You may receive separate tracking numbers for different parts of your Kit.
- Packages may arrive on different days.
- You will be notified via email for each tracking number as soon as it is generated.
Why we do this:
This method allows us to ship the heaviest or bulkiest components from the nearest warehouse to reduce overall transit time and potential shipping damage.
