【Accurate Monitoring】 Obtains battery bank operation information directly from the battery management system (BMS) for precise tracking and prediction. Takes all the guesswork out of the battery bank.
【Plug and Play】 Simply connect the monitoring screen to the battery bank using the included RJ45 communication cable for real-time monitoring, without the need for a shunt.
【Comprehensive Protection】 Displays 9 straightforward warning codes for quick recognition of potentially abnormal conditions and improper operation, helping extend the lifetime of the battery bank.
【Battery Shelf Mode】 Supports switching the battery/battery bank to shelf mode to preserve power when it is not in use.
【Easy Operation】 Shows detailed battery bank information at the push of a page up/page down button without the need for system configuration or calibration.

This Monitoring Screen, a high-precision meter, is the perfect companion to Renogy Smart Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Series. Instead of measuring the current flowing in/out of the battery bank using a shunt, it can communicate directly with the battery management system (BMS) and obtain more accurate state of charge (SoC) readings compared to traditional battery monitors. Other readings including voltage, current, capacity, remaining time, warning codes, and the number of paralleled batteries are also available to help users avoid abnormal conditions and extend the lifetime of the battery bank.

1. Is this monitor compatible with non-Renogy brand lithium iron phosphate batteries?

No, it is only for the Renogy Smart Lithium Battery Series which includes our 48V 50Ah Smart Lithium Battery, 12V 100Ah Smart Lithium Battery w/ Self-Heating Function, and 12V 100Ah Smart Lithium Battery. If you need a monitor screen for connecting non-Renogy brand batteries, we recommend using our 500A Battery Monitor With Shunt.
2. Will the display always be on? Can I turn it off?

The display will automatically turn off when no operation is performed within 15 - 25 seconds.
3. How do I know that the lithium battery is 100% fully charged?

The battery level shows the real-time charge level of the battery relative to its capacity using four battery segments. If the battery is being charged, the battery segments will illuminate one by one repeatedly until the battery is fully charged. If the screen is used with a parallel battery bank, the battery level will be the average charge level of the batteries in the battery bank.
