How to log into my Renogy account?
 
To log into your Renogy account:
  1. Use your email address as your username.
  2. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Login page.
  3. You will receive an email containing a link that will enable you to create a new password.
How can I delete my Renogy account?
 
Please contact Renogy support team with the reason why you do not need the Renogy account, and then Renogy can help delete the account.
What is Renogy Power Plus?

How do I become a Renogy member?
 
To become a Renogy member, follow these steps based on your location:
  • For US customers:
    1. Visit this link: US Renogy Membership Registration.
    2. Fill in your email address.
    3. Set your desired password and confirm it.
    4. Enter the 4-digit verification code.
    5. Check the box for "Agree to Renogy Privacy Policy and receive newsletters from us via email."
    6. Click "Create Account."
  • For CA customers:
    1. Visit this link: CA Renogy Membership Registration.
    2. Fill in your email address.
    3. Check the box for "Agree to Renogy Privacy Policy and receive newsletters from us via email."
    4. Click "Next."
  • For AU customers:
    1. Visit this link: AU Renogy Membership Registration.
    2. Fill in your email address.
    3. Set your desired password and confirm it.
    4. Enter the 4-digit verification code.
    5. Check the box for "Agree to Renogy Privacy Policy and receive newsletters from us via email."
    6. Click "Create Account."
  • For UK customers:
    1. Visit this link: UK Renogy Membership Registration. 
    2. Fill in your email address.
    3. Set your desired password and confirm it.
    4. Enter the 4-digit verification code.
    5. Check the box for "Agree to Renogy Privacy Policy and receive newsletters from us via email."
    6. Click "Create Account."
Can I change email address for registered Renogy accounts?
 
Changing email addresses for registered Renogy accounts is no longer supported. For more information, please contact Renogy dedicated customer service team.
