BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS , UNITED KINGDOM, October 18, 2025 - Leading campervan maker CamperKing has teamed up with Renogy, a global leader in off-grid energy solutions, to launch the brand-new T7 Freedom. This gas-free vehicle was debuted at the 2025 Motorhome & Caravan Show and is powered by Renogy's clever REGO Smart Off-Grid Energy System. It also features the most recent developments in ShadowFlux™ Solar and Energy IoT.
"Renogy is proud to power CamperKing, combining our advanced energy solutions with their high-quality craftsmanship," said Tom Li, VP of Business, Renogy Europe. "Together, we're delivering true, worry-free energy independence for the modern vanlifer."
A New Benchmark in Power and Design
The CamperKing T7 Freedom, which is based on the Volkswagen Transporter T7 chassis, combines intelligent engineering with elegant design. It has the Titan Deluxe Bed, an elevating roof, and a fully electric kitchen with a 240V microwave and an induction stove. Thanks to the strong Renogy REGO system at its heart, the van runs completely without gas—a first for CamperKing—offering home-level comfort and total independence when traveling.

Powered by Renogy REGO Smart Off-Grid Energy
With the T7 Freedom's fully integrated Renogy REGO technology, users may operate their heating, lighting, and appliances off the grid for weeks at a time. Among the essential elements are:
- ShadowFlux Solar Panels (120W / 200W): Maintain an output of up to 65% when partially shaded, which is perfect for the unpredictable weather.
- 12V Smart LiFePO₄ Batteries (300Ah / 500Ah): Designed for under-seat installation with high energy density and built-in BMS protections.
- REGO 3kW Inverter Charger: Supports household-grade appliances, such as air fryers and induction hobs.
- Renogy One Vision 7" Touchscreen & App: Allows for centralized automation, management, and monitoring for a true "smart home on wheels."
From a simple 300Ah system to an all-in 1000Ah "Pro System" that can power a four-bedroom house or an entire camper for a whole day off the grid, customers can choose from a variety of modular configurations.
Smart, Seamless, and Sustainable
Renogy REGO enables customers to connect lighting, pumps, and appliances straight into a cohesive environment operated by the Renogy ONE Core and Vision touchscreen via the Renogy app, transforming any camper into a fully automated smart home. The integrated diagnostic system even alerts users to fuses or components that require care, making the setup simple for both DIY builders and manufacturers.
Spencer Grey of CamperKing, who led the creation of the T7 Freedom, explained the goal: "When we got the new T7 chassis, we didn't just want a new shell — we wanted new thinking. Our goal was true independence: to give customers the freedom to go anywhere, stay longer, and not think about power. Renogy’s system made that possible."
