Renogy OGC Live 2026 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the giveaways held in connection with the Renogy OGC Live 2026 livestream, scheduled for October 30, 2026.

By participating in any OGC Live giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional instructions provided during the livestream or through the official OGC survey.

1. Giveaway Overview

Renogy OGC Live 2026 includes two separate giveaway programs:

A. eFlex 30W Live-Chat Giveaways

Five (5) eFlex 30W Solar Panel prizes will be awarded during the OGC Live livestream.

Viewers must be present during the livestream and participate through YouTube live chat according to the instructions provided during each giveaway period.

B. ShadowFlux 200W Featured-Submission Giveaway

One (1) ShadowFlux 200W Solar Panel will be awarded to one eligible participant whose submitted question, photo, and/or video is selected and featured during OGC Live.

Simply completing the OGC survey does not automatically enter a participant into the ShadowFlux 200W giveaway.

Only eligible participants whose submitted question, photo, or video is actually selected and shown during the OGC Live broadcast will be entered into the ShadowFlux 200W random drawing.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.

Employees of Renogy, its affiliates, agencies, contractors directly involved in administering the promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

eFlex 30W Giveaway Eligibility

The eFlex 30W live-chat giveaways are open to eligible viewers in regions where Renogy can legally and operationally provide prize fulfillment.

U.S. Winners:
Eligible winners located in the United States will receive one (1) eFlex 30W Solar Panel, subject to product availability and shipping eligibility.

Winners Outside the United States:
If an eligible winner resides outside the United States but lives in a country or region served by an official Renogy regional store and Renogy can ship to that location, the winner will receive a promotional coupon for that regional Renogy store equal to the applicable local retail value of one eFlex 30W Solar Panel at the time the prize is confirmed.

The regional-store coupon:

1. May only be used on the applicable official Renogy regional store.
2. Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Renogy.
4. Is subject to any expiration date and redemption conditions communicated when the coupon is issued.
5. May not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.

If Renogy does not operate a store serving the winner's location or cannot legally or operationally ship products to that location, prize fulfillment may not be available.

ShadowFlux 200W Giveaway Eligibility

The ShadowFlux 200W featured-submission giveaway is currently limited to eligible participants located in the United States with a valid U.S. shipping address.

Participants outside the United States may still submit questions, photos, and videos and may still be featured during OGC Live, but they are not eligible to receive the ShadowFlux 200W giveaway prize.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to participate in either giveaway.

Purchasing a Renogy product will not improve a participant's chances of winning.

No paid action, product purchase, or other financial consideration is required to enter.

4. How to Enter the eFlex 30W Live-Chat Giveaways

Five eFlex 30W giveaway opportunities will take place during OGC Live.

For each giveaway:

1. Kade or another Renogy representative will announce that a giveaway period has begun.
2. Instructions for participating will be provided during the livestream.
3. Eligible viewers must respond in YouTube live chat according to those instructions.
4. One eligible participant will be selected at random from the qualifying entries for that giveaway.
5. The selected winner will be announced during the livestream and/or through the live chat.

An individual may receive a maximum of one eFlex 30W giveaway prize during OGC Live.

Renogy reserves the right to exclude duplicate, automated, fraudulent, bot-generated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid entries.

5. eFlex Winner Verification

A selected eFlex winner must follow the verification instructions provided during the livestream.

The winner may be required to contact Renogy at the designated giveaway email address and provide:

1. Their YouTube screen/account name.
2. A screenshot or other reasonable evidence showing control of the winning YouTube account.
3. Their name and contact information.
4. Their country or region of residence.
5. Shipping or regional-store information necessary to determine fulfillment eligibility.

Renogy may request additional reasonable information solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and fulfilling the prize.

If a selected winner:

1. Cannot be verified,
2. Provides false or incomplete information,
3. Does not meet the eligibility requirements,
4. Cannot legally receive the prize,
5. Fails to respond within the timeframe provided in the winner notification, or
6. Otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions,

Renogy may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

6. How to Enter the ShadowFlux 200W Featured-Submission Giveaway

Participants may submit questions, photos, and/or videos through the official OGC Live survey.

Submission of the survey alone does not constitute entry into the ShadowFlux 200W giveaway.

To receive an entry:

1. The participant must complete the applicable survey submission requirements.
2. The participant must provide the required permission for Renogy to use the submitted content.
3. At least one submitted question, photo, or video must be selected by Renogy and actually featured during the OGC Live broadcast.
4. The participant must meet all ShadowFlux giveaway eligibility requirements.

Each eligible featured participant will receive one entry, regardless of how many of their submitted questions, photos, or videos are featured during the livestream.

From the final pool of eligible featured participants, one winner will be selected at random to receive one ShadowFlux 200W Solar Panel.

7. Featured Content Selection

Selection of questions, photos, or videos for inclusion in OGC Live is based on editorial and production considerations and is separate from the random prize drawing.

Renogy may consider factors including:

1. Relevance to the livestream.
2. Educational or community value.
3. Image or video quality.
4. Appropriateness for a general audience.
5. Available broadcast time.
6. Technical or product relevance.
7. Production requirements.

Being selected for inclusion in the livestream does not guarantee that the submission will remain in the final broadcast if technical, timing, editorial, or production circumstances require changes.

Only submissions actually featured in the livestream will qualify for the ShadowFlux 200W drawing.

8. Submitted Questions, Photos & Videos

Participants retain ownership of the original content they submit.

By submitting a question, photo, video, caption, or related material through the OGC survey, the participant grants Renogy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit for length, crop, resize, subtitle, reformat, and use the submitted material in connection with:

1. Renogy OGC Live 2026.
2. OGC livestream recordings and replays.
3. OGC recap content.
4. Renogy social media content.
5. Renogy website and community content.
6. OGC-related promotional and marketing materials.

Renogy may display the participant's submitted screen name or YouTube name alongside the content.

Participants confirm that:

1. They have the right to submit the content.
2. The content does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
3. They have obtained appropriate permission from identifiable individuals shown in submitted photos or videos where required.
4. The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Renogy may reject or remove any submission that does not meet these requirements.

9. ShadowFlux Winner Selection & Notification

One eligible participant from the final pool of featured submissions will be selected at random.

The winner may be announced during the OGC Live closing segment and/or contacted using the email address submitted through the OGC survey.

The potential winner must provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment.

If the selected winner cannot be verified, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to respond to the winner notification within the stated timeframe, Renogy may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Prize Details

eFlex 30W Live-Chat Giveaways

Total available: Five (5)

Eligible U.S. winners will receive one eFlex 30W Solar Panel each.

Eligible winners outside the United States will receive an equivalent-value coupon for their applicable regional Renogy store where regional-store and shipping support is available.

ShadowFlux Featured-Submission Giveaway

Total available: One (1)

Prize: One Renogy ShadowFlux 200W Solar Panel.

The ShadowFlux physical prize is available to eligible U.S. participants only.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly required by applicable law.

Renogy reserves the right to substitute a prize with another product, promotional credit, or reward of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to inventory, shipping, regulatory, or other circumstances outside Renogy's reasonable control.

11. Taxes, Duties & Other Costs

Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other costs associated with receiving or using a prize where required by applicable law.

Renogy may request information necessary to comply with applicable tax or reporting obligations.

12. Disqualification

Renogy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

1. Uses bots, scripts, automated systems, or multiple fraudulent accounts.
2. Attempts to manipulate the winner-selection process.
3. Provides false eligibility or identity information.
4. Impersonates another participant.
5. Submits stolen, copied, or unauthorized photos or videos.
6. Harasses other participants, Renogy staff, or livestream guests.
7. Violates applicable laws, these Terms & Conditions, YouTube's Community Guidelines, or YouTube's Terms of Service.
8. Attempts to interfere with the operation of the livestream or giveaway.

Disqualification may result in forfeiture of any prize.

13. Technical Issues

Renogy is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, or not received due to:

1. Internet connection failures.
2. YouTube outages or chat delays.
3. Website or survey technical issues.
4. Device or software problems.
5. Email delivery failures.
6. Other technical circumstances outside Renogy's reasonable control.

If technical issues materially affect a giveaway, Renogy may pause, modify, reschedule, or repeat the affected winner-selection process in a fair and reasonable manner.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaways will be used for purposes including:

1. Administering the giveaways.
2. Verifying participant eligibility.
3. Contacting potential winners.
4. Fulfilling prizes.
5. Managing submitted OGC content.
6. Complying with applicable legal obligations.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with the consent provided by the participant and Renogy's applicable Privacy Policy.

Participation in a giveaway does not require consent to receive unrelated marketing communications unless expressly stated and legally permitted.

15. YouTube Disclaimer

The OGC Live giveaways are sponsored and administered solely by Renogy.

YouTube is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or affiliated with these giveaways.

By participating, entrants agree to release YouTube from liability arising from or related to the giveaways to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube Terms of Service. Entries or conduct that violate those requirements may be disqualified.

16. Modification or Cancellation

Renogy reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel any portion of the giveaway if circumstances outside Renogy's reasonable control affect the fairness, security, legality, or operation of the promotion.

Any material changes will be communicated through an appropriate Renogy channel where reasonably practicable.
