I don’t see my dealer discount reflected when browsing your site. Why am I getting regular list prices?
For approved dealers, discounts are reflected on the site as soon as you sign in to your account. For comparison, please log out of your account and re-check the price of a particular product. If you see the same prices when signed in or out of your dealer account, please contact your account manager for assistance.
Does free shipping include overseas (outside the continental U.S.)?
No, free shipping is limited to the continental United States, but we can offer shipping quotes for your location.
