Yes and no.Renogy 12V Core Series Batteries can be connected in series or parallel to expand your off-grid power storage. But the Craftsman Kit is built for a 12V system with a 12V 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter. So the 12V 200Ah Core Batteries should be connected in parallel with this setup.Other reasons we recommend you connect your batteries in parallel also include automatic cell balancing, reduced line loss, and easier system expansion.

Please ensure a stable charge current greater than 10A for each battery in the parallel battery bank.The self-heating function will start operating automatically once the battery and the battery temperature drops below 41°F (5°C) and stop operating automatically once the battery temperature rises above 50°F (10°C).
