The specification of the fuse between the battery connected to the controller is the maximum output current of the controller as the reference. The selection of wire diameter is based on the maximum output current of the controller, and is calculated according to the wire diameter current-carrying table. For example, If you have a 30A controller fully loaded, the fuse should also be 30A.
