The panels included in this package all come with pre-drilled holes for mounting installation. The deluxe and premium versions of the package also include rail-mounting components for complete installation.

2. Why does my system seem to be underproducing?

The performance of a solar system is influenced by many factors, including: environmental conditions (such as sunlight, temperature, dirt buildup, etc.). Moreover, the conversion efficiency of a solar panel may decrease over time. Please see warranty for additional information.

3. Does this package include all wiring?

The basic package includes all wiring to connect panels to the inverter charger, which can then convert the power to a usable form for necessities and standard appliances. The deluxe package also includes all wiring required to set up a battery bank system for energy storage.

4. Can the inverter be used with a 24V system?

No, the inverter charger is designed to work with a 48V battery system.

5. Does this system include everything I need?

The basic package only comes with components designed to be used with a pre-existing battery system. The premium versions of the package also include everything needed to set up a battery system.

6. How do I size my electrical system requirements?

To determine the total load consumption of your system, you must get the wattage of each item you plan to run, as well as how long you plan to run each device. Simply multiply the wattage of each device by the hours said device will run; this will give you watt-hours of each device. All devices watt-hours can be summed to give you total watt-hours load of your electrical system.

7. Can this package be installed by myself?

Yes. This package is specifically designed for DIY users who wish to have an off-grid power solution. However, it is advised to consult a professional for advanced grid integration (net-metering).

8. Which types of homes is this package designed for?

This package is designed for mobile homes, sheds, and small cabins.

9. How long will my system last?

Depends on the specific system. In general, the panels included in this package will remain at least 80% efficient over a 25 year span. The batteries will be a more significant variable; LFP batteries will typically perform for 5-10 years, and AGM batteries will perform for 3-5 years.

10. Can this package be integrated with a grid tied system?

This package may be used as a standalone backup power source for a grid tied system. A transfer switch is needed in such application.
