It has been working well so far while boondocking.

Do not buy from Renogy! I bought this battery and it said 1 to 3 days shipping to get to me. I was on the fens between this and a couple other companies that were a little cheaper but I figured Renogy probably had better support so I went with them.
I could tell right away that there was an issue because nothing changed on the shipping for many day, it just kept saying "package is in transit to UPS facility". I called a couple times, tried the chat and the Ai agent. No one was any help. I was told that batteries need to sit for 7 day before they are able to ship them and if i still had a problem after 10 they could look into it for me. At 10 days they said they would look into it and get back to me. I didn't hear anything so at 12 days I called and they said it looks like there might be a problem and they will put an order in to send a replacement. So if you have a bunch of time, this still might be a good battery for you but don't try the customer support because it is some one in another country reading off a piece of paper that is zero help.

Came quickly andwas able to connect it to my battery bank of the older model seamlessly

I received two batteries and charged them using aLithium cchargerto ffull charge. One battery has a small discharge even tho it us not connected. I tried to contact Renogy viatheir aapp for techsupport but the app kept failing. I have reached out via email but took them awhile to tell meit's been referred to tech support.
Now I see thatthe bbatteries are even cheaper and wonder if they will offer replacement or refund. Also, batteries are not the same as photo above which shows terminals on one end. Mine are spaced on opposite ends.
Only one of the two is holding charge.

Hope tech service can respond. Not much faith tho since I previously had two Renogy batteries that failed right asthe warranty ran out. They offered me 15% discount on anything on their site.... But would not honor it on sale batteries.
Frustrating too since same battery is now offered at a price that would be equivalent tothe 15% discount.

Not Impressed.

The new battery works seamlessly and was built to the exact measurements so it fit perfectly.
