Before installation, measure your available space and leave enough clearance for wiring, terminals, and securing the battery.

What happens if I charge the battery in cold weather?
When the battery temperature drops below 41°F (5°C), self-heating can start automatically once stable charging is detected. This helps warm the battery so charging can resume safely in cold conditions. Self-heating starts when the charge current reaches at least 15A and the charger voltage is at least 0.8V above the battery voltage. Heating stops automatically when the battery temperature rises above 50°F (10°C).
