Perfect portable panel set for my small electronics needs.

Miserable experience with tech support! Talked to 2 different people in some far flung locations to find a cable assembly which might connect the panel to a charge controller. One calculated that I would need an (unavailable) 8awg wire, clearly confusing a thirty watt panel with 30 amps. The next told me simply that Renogy did not have a cable, that an engineer would send an email, which I received 3 days later telling me I needed an mc4 plug, clearly not bothering to look at the panel in question. There is no mc4 plug on the panel. That is the problem! AI was similarly unintelligent, regurgitating simply the little bit of information available on the website, which by the way needs a functional search program…
I like your products. I will go elsewhere for my solar power needs.

Very happy with the over all quality of the materials, haven't used it extensively but seems to charge quickly, i paired with an anker power pack so i can recharge headlamp and flashlights on backcountry hiking trips.

The only issue i have is the 30w barrel connector isn't cleary identified on the panel or any of the literature as far as i can tell, and i didn't see cord sold on renogy site to fit it. Ideally id like to be able to connect it to XT60 to charge my small power station. Any help or clarification on the matter would be appropriated

As described and as reported on podcasts. I used to charge my phone successfully from my truck. IImpressed and satisfied. Planning on using it to charge my battery in camp while hiking/hunting.

Lightweight and the best folding solar panel I’ve used. Needed a 30 watt panel for charging Garmin Messenger and cell phone on multiple day Canyoneering and pack raft adventures. I set it up in a base camp so it can charge a 6700 mAh battery pack during the day. At night I can charge up my mobile devices.
