I have a small set-up with 10, 100W (RNG-100D-SS), panels in a 5S2P set-up. 2 more (RNG-100D-SS) panels are inside right now. I ordered 5 (RNG-100D-SS) panels from Amazon during Prime Days. I was sent 5 (RSP-100DC) panels. I am writing this, because this is the only place I ever get any real help anymore, customer service just "talks in circles" (just being nice). Look at CASE2025101600068. If no one there wants to help me, please just tell me, I am tired of hearing those panel are the same. And the phone call was ridiculous after proving the panels are not the same, he could only try and stall, asking to measure the panels in the boxes and go outside and measure the panels in my system, WOW. Right now it is starting to look as if someone is trying a "Bait and Switch." Sell one model, at one price during "prime days," and send a different model, while raising the price on the one I purchased. I hope I am wrong. In three (3) days I am sending these back to Amazon for a refund, if I do no hear something, and I guess I will need to fix a new set-up with someone else's panels.

Can not say yet. Still waiting for the connecting cable.
