Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the system voltage of this charger?
The RBC2115DS-21W supports both 12V and 24V platforms, which means it can operate in four different charging configurations: from a 12V starter battery to a 12V or 24V house battery, and from a 24V starter battery to a 12V or 24V house battery.
2. How does this charger detect a 24V input system?
The RBC2115DS-21W input side features automatic detection between 12V and 24V systems. If the starter battery voltage exceeds 16V, the charger will recognize it as a 24V input by default.
3. How does this charger select a 24V output system?
For non-lithium batteries: The output system voltage is detected automatically, no manual setting is required.
For lithium batteries: There are two ways to set the output to 24V:
(1) Set the battery type to deep purple on the charger
(2) Use the built-in Bluetooth to connect to the DC Home app and manually set the system voltage to 24V
